Alex Nickloy

Profile:

Alex Nickloy was admitted to the bar in Indiana in 2009. Born at Great Lakes Naval Base, in Illinois, Alex graduated from Purdue University in 2000. Mr. Nickloy received his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009.


Before entering the legal profession, Alex spent more than ten years in the US Army and Indiana National Guard, including combat service in Afghanistan (2004-2005).


Mr. Nickloy’s legal practice focuses on business law, civil litigation, real estate, wills and trusts, and legal ethics. He represents clients in both state and federal court, including having handled cases in more than 70 counties throughout Indiana. Alex is a member of the Indiana and Hamilton County Bar Associations and is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association Standing Committee on Legal Ethics.

Jonathan L. Albright, Jr.

Profile:


Jonathan Albright, Jr. was admitted to the bar in Indiana in 2009. Jon graduated from Wabash College in 2006. Mr. Albright received his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (Western-Michigan) in 2009. 


Before joining Nickloy, Albright, Gordon, & Siebe, Jon was a partner and owner of Albright and Albright, Attorneys at Law on the southside of Indianapolis, serving residents of Indiana since January 2012, with his wife. Jon also served as of-counsel for several firms over the years. From 2009 through 2011, Jon was Counsel to the Chief of Public Safety Communications for the City of Indianapolis.


Mr. Albright’s legal practice focuses on estate planning and administration, probate, Guardianships, and real estate. He represents clients in both state and federal court and has clients across the entire state of Indiana. Jon is a member of the Indiana and Hancock County Bar Associations. Jon is also the chair of the Hancock County Public Defender’s Board.

Gregg S. Gordon

Profile:

Gregg S. Gordon is a partner with the Noblesville, Indiana, law firm of Nickloy, Albright, Gordon, & Siebe. While Mr. Gordon’s practice is focused largely on litigation involving wills and trusts, he also has extensive experience in general business litigation and providing professional legal services in the area of equine law.


Mr. Gordon is a military veteran having served in the United States Air Force from 1980 through 1989 first with the Air Force Security Police (1980-1984) and then as a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (1985-1989).

He obtained his law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2018. During law school, Mr. Siebe worked at the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office, the Decatur County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, Appeals Division.
